Semua tensen, semua marah. Dalam iklan cakap bahawa semua employee melihat HP ngan pandangan yang sangat positif. Kitorang semua tertanya2, pandangan siapakan itu? Ron Rittenmeyer yang mendapat berjuta2? Atau manusia pekerja bawahan seperti kitorang yang dipotong gajinya? Yang pasti, petang ini...bebudak EDS mem'boo' HP. Call it childish, but I know that many people are not happy with the HP. We have a very good and solid twelve months salary payment, why in the world do you want to cut it to 13 months? Crazy ah? All the benefits are going back to the HP. They did not keep in mind that these people get their so-called high salary because of their commitment to the customers. I had personally came for meetings at 6 am for months, got calls at midnight to check servers countless times (some I claimed, many I did not). With these kind of salary cuts and maximum OT ceiling limits, do you think that we could give the same amount of commitments? Keep in mind those people that managed the servers sometimes work round the clocks to ensure that the servers are brought back to production. Limit to maximum OT 20 hours? Let the HP's HR and the Top Management bring the server up la. Good luck HP. You are trying to eliminate good hard working employees. No wonder previously, HP workers were jumping ship to EDS. Want to know what is the difference between managing product based company and service based company? Don't worry, HP will get it in the coming months. Last weekend aku habiskan weekend aku ngan pusing banks and buat kuih raya. Berjaya buat 3 different types, overall...5 adunan....tapi each kuih macam2 pe-el. Don't know why, tapi even kuih yang aku biasa buat tuh pun jadik pelik. Kena tambah tepung punya la banyak, dah la tak leh rasa so main agak2 aja. My orang rumah pun pelik, padahal the recipe tuh dah tested and proven berpuluh2 kali. Tak kisah la, kuih still kuih, walaupun buruk, tapi aku rasa ok aja la. Hehehe....akan jadik makanan santapan kitorg masa buka posa la tuh...keh keh keh. Baru teringat, rasa tahun nih aku tak sampai la ke Seoul Bulgogi, jauh seh. Aku baru first time nak berposa kat this new place, so tatau mana nak carik makanan lagik. Abis2 pun belasah aja megi. Notes 1 : Gluttony, kalau ada tempat2 yg menarik untuk buka posa, bagitau guer sekali. Tapi tanak la mahal ngats.... Notes 2 : To my Grizzly Bear, kalau tak sempat nak buka posa sekali, no hal nyer. Tak yah la susah2 nak datang ke tempat jin bertendang nih. Extermination of human beings....YEAY!!!!
Latest H1N1 news from Berita Harian... http://www.bharian.com.my/Current_News/BH/Monday/BeritaUtama/20090809231218/Article/index_html Apparently with so many new deaths, you would expect people to stop bringing their kids to the shopping malls, etc. But that is not the case...I saw many families are shopping and milling around with babies and children without any masks. But then, it is easy to make kids. Shisshh....this mentality of everything bad will never happen to me or my family is really stupid la. When someone try to advice, said the person want to curse them...Gila ka? Really stupid, bangang, dumbass punya human.... Aku memang tak paham manusia-manusia jenis nih. Cam ada otak...keja bagus, gaji tinggi, keta besar....tapi pasal keselamatan diri and family, decency towards other humans.....even basic common sense pun buleh gagal. Baik jadik gagak dari jadik orang. Jadik gagak boleh la bertelur bebanyak, rasa nak bini gagak lain, pegi aja rape...takyah susah-susah nak forward video. Takyah peduli nak beli umah elok2 kat anak, bini. Lepas anak terbang dari sarang, carik bini lain. Itu kan perangai gagak. Antara burung yang diiktiraf paling pengotor, adanya gagak menandakan kawasan tersebut adalah sangat kotor...dan gagak ada banyak di bandaraya2 Malaysia nih. Reflects ain't it? If someone asks me should the humans be exterminated, my answer would be a resounding YES!! We had lost the ability to think, to use brains for good things...even to be decent towards other human. Do you think we are better than the virus H1N1 itself? Let the next mutation began, and I really wish the best for the next contender. Don't make the same mistake as we did. Under the weather
I'm still 'under the weather'... (Why do we say that when we are feeling unwell? We are all actually under the weather, Gaia's weather that is. Unless if we are on a space ship going to some other place, coz there is no weather in space....not including the solar storms and turbulences caused by massive super nova...etc, etc) Well, also disoriented. Typing is a hassle since i have to click the del button waaaayyy more than usual. Do not even count the number of times when I open a folder, only to forgot why. Hmmm.....hate flu. But thank God not the H1N1.
