Dah 5 hari minum Melilea - Greenfield Organic. Verdict? (1-5 : 1 being the worst) a) Taste - Ok lah. Taste a bit like carrot. As for me, I have to drink it with some fruit juice. Hmm...I give it a 4. b) Texture - I like it shaken, not stirred. Put in some water, then a teaspoonful of the stuff, then shake it baby...shake it....This would ensure that there would be no clumps that would get stuck in ur throat. And another thing, drink the stuff immediately! Or else it will become jelly like and makes it harder to swallow the goeey stuff. I give it a 3. c) Colour - Green!! A bit off putting.....hmmm....a 2? d) Smell - A vegetable like smell. I give it a 4. e) Aftertaste - Like drinking ur vegetables. I give it a 4. f) Effectiveness - Not sure yet! After drinking it, I would get a bit full, thus eliminate the certainty of me taking dinner and reduces my breakfast meal size. In addition, I try to eat more fruits and vegetables instead of rice and bread. Overall, give me another couple of weeks, lah! My target - To reduce my cholestrol level and my weight up to 4 kgs in 2 months. Now reading - The Complete Robot stories by Isaac Asimov. Monday, May 09, 2005
Yesterday I had attended the Beauty Counsellor Course conducted by Melilea (M) Sdn. Bhd. (a multilevel kind of company) at Melia Hotel. Overall, the skin care products are ok. But due to my sensitive skin, I have some red blotches on my face today. But 2 products that really impressed me are the Melilea Greenfield Organic and LYC. Melilea Greenfield Organic is a drink that would detoxify our body. It contains organically grown vegetables extract and able reduce the symptoms of many illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attace, etc. LYC is a handheld battery-operated facial exercising machine. Very nice, I had the opportunity to test it during the course and found out that it is very effective. It really lift up the facial muscles. A very incredible product. I have to warn all of you that even tho I am a member of Melilea, I am not very interested to sell or give demonstration on the products. However, if anyone is interested in the products, please email my fren KAT and we'll see what we can do. For a more detail information on the Melilea products, please go to Melilea.
