Last Saturday went to Sunway Lagoon. Quite nice. First time took the 'All Park' ticket. Courtesy of the coupon given by a friend of mine. Slashed the ticket's price from RM39 to RM30. Nothing much to tell. Rabun jauh, haram tak nampak orang pakai bikini. :( Today, sangat-sangat lah malasnyer. Felt tired even tho doing nuthing. One of the days, when you wish that you had open your own company and could just call in 'sick'. hehehe. Wishful thinking. Am reading on Hannibal - Thomas Harris. Thursday, March 04, 2004

Am having a massive headache. My arms are heavy, my shoulders are tingling. My neck felt tired and it is hard to open my eyes. My head felt cottony, very hard to focus. Some of my friends said it is the beginning of a migraine. Is it? How do you differentiate between a migraine and a headache? I never have migraine(s). It is always headache. Sometimes level 1 (mild), which means just popping 2 Paracetamols. However, very very few times, level 8 (very teruk) which means popping 4 Paracetamols and sleep for about half a day. Now, I'm in level 7. Aaaaannnd, I need to finish a documentation by Friday. ARRGGHH !! Reading : Red Dragon by Thomas Harris, well not today obviously. Blast this headache. Monday, March 01, 2004
Hmm. Mega Sales are back. Quite impressive watching the Malaysians shopping. Felt like watching National Geographic, hyenas quarrelling over animal carcasses. But, personally, I think the Malaysian Mega Sales are much hyped. The sales only involve items that are not sold since last 6 months and the bargains are faked. Half of the designer stuffs on sale had already went out of fashion sometime last year. I even saw that some of the items (in plastic/box cover) are chipped and quite a number of the clothes are torn or have holes in it. And most of these shops have the 'No return' policy written in bold letters all over their shop. But the trophy goes to the shops that blatantly hiked up the price a bit and then advertise that the item is sold with 20% discount! Interestingly, the authorities ARE aware of this malpractise, however not many of the shop owners are convicted. So, many of the customers are conned, happily going on with their life buying things that are sometimes even more expensive than during normal shopping hours. The customers must REVOLT !! Okay, in reality, the customers must know their own rights. If they felt that they are cheated. then they must report to the local authorities. Listed below are the channels : * Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna agensi kerajaan yang bertanggungjawab terhadap kepentingan pengguna di Malaysia * Gabungan Persatuan-persatuan Pengguna Malaysia ( FOMCA ) * Persatuan Pengguna Pulau Pinang (CAP) - Tel: 04-229 3511 /3713 /3612, Fax: 04-229-8106 Au revoir. Wish all the Malaysians, happy shopping. Shop SMART !
