Lately, it seems that I always dreamt of being chased by ghosts. Hantu pucong, hantu bedsheets even vampires. Mula-mula ingat sebab baca cerita hantu, tapi lately nih dah tak baca dah. Tengah baca semula cerita Silmarillion and Unfinished Tales of Middle-Earth by J.R.R Tolkien. Kawan cakap sebab tension, mungkin jugaklah. Aaaaa!! It was a long time since I write here. Too much to do, and too little time to do it. I feel stretched thin, sort of like butter spread on a bread - A modified copy from The Lord of the Rings:Fellowship of the Ring. Being Project Manager is like being an ambassador, a God and a slave all at the same time. An ambassador because you are representing the company, being bad or excellent will reflect on whether you will get phase 2 or being booted out. A god because you have to foresee all the problems. Allocated resources and whiplash the slaves, making sure that they do their work and finish it on time. A slave because he/she in the end are the one that actually 'do' all the work, headaches and all. A slave to the project to be more precise. Now, I do wish that the world do not ban on cloning. :) On a cheery note, last Saturday, me and a friend of mine went to Putrajaya. Tak der keje actually. But, surprisingly, I do saw Rivendell, Gondor and Meduseld there. However the Barad-dûr or better known as the Dark Tower of Sauron only have 1 peak, instead of the fork where you can see the One Eye. Where you ask? Near the Jabatan Akauntan Negara building. Just go there lah and see by yourself. Ehm, I also saw Crebain - Black crows, from Dunland, spies of Saruman. Banyak gagak lah kat sana. :)

The race of man shall perish, but the eyes
Of trilobytes eternal in stone, And seem to stare about in mild surprise At changes greater than they have yet known. - T.A. Conrad |
To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower, Hold infinity in the palm of your hand, And eternity in an hour. - William Blake, excerp from Auguries of Innocence. |
