Semua tensen, semua marah.
Dalam iklan cakap bahawa semua employee melihat HP ngan pandangan yang sangat positif. Kitorang semua tertanya2, pandangan siapakan itu? Ron Rittenmeyer yang mendapat berjuta2? Atau manusia pekerja bawahan seperti kitorang yang dipotong gajinya?
Yang pasti, petang ini...bebudak EDS mem'boo' HP. Call it childish, but I know that many people are not happy with the HP. We have a very good and solid twelve months salary payment, why in the world do you want to cut it to 13 months? Crazy ah?
All the benefits are going back to the HP. They did not keep in mind that these people get their so-called high salary because of their commitment to the customers. I had personally came for meetings at 6 am for months, got calls at midnight to check servers countless times (some I claimed, many I did not). With these kind of salary cuts and maximum OT ceiling limits, do you think that we could give the same amount of commitments? Keep in mind those people that managed the servers sometimes work round the clocks to ensure that the servers are brought back to production. Limit to maximum OT 20 hours? Let the HP's HR and the Top Management bring the server up la.
Good luck HP. You are trying to eliminate good hard working employees. No wonder previously, HP workers were jumping ship to EDS.
Want to know what is the difference between managing product based company and service based company? Don't worry, HP will get it in the coming months.
