My car is officially a bump-er car.
Involved in a minor accident again yesterday.
The story :
I was driving on the right lane since the left lane was sometimes closed due to construction on the building beside it...happily driving (60 kmph)...lalalala...when..BAM!! A car on my left suddenly closed into my lane and nudging me to go up into the curb. I saw in a flash that he was on his handphone....
At that time, I did not have any memories flashing into my head. What I was thinking was :
1) Thank God that the curb is low enough for my car's right tires to go on top of it.
2) Thank God that this is the lane where the Putrajaya Holding or whatever did not put those HUGE concrete vases.
A bit disoriented, both of us stopped beside the balai bomba and looked at my car. The guy, also shaken and after checking my car, pronounced, "Polishs should be able to remove this". Then we go looked at his car.....Definitely no polish could remove his dent.
Then, he start to be very perplexed and a bit pissed off since I started to laugh. "So funny?" he asked me. What can I say? I was so glad that it was not MY fault.
Not MY fault...really.
