New year's eve already, eh? What to do? Already have things to do tonite and tomorrow, spending time away from my new house.

Some people asked, why lately my songs are more grim and sad? Dear, all of the happy and bouncy songs are just never my type. My selection of songs are more to what my ears can stand (no heavy metal, please). If most of the songs that I like are more into relationship breakup and suicide....what can I say. Those people are the ones that produce better songs than those that live happily ever after.

Btw, yes....Patrick Dempsey is the voice of Kenai in Brother Bear 2. Surprised??

Just wanna wish everyone a Happy New Year. For those that have new goals, make sure that you strive to achieve it. For those that never have the discipline to even TRY to achieve it, shove it for next year or next next year. My projections, most of my goals are within achievable/safe parameters. Hehehe, play safe my dears.

Tho, a bit pissed of to myself this year....I'm 1 kg short of my dream weight....

And for those that is going to asks me about when I'm going to get married. Honey, not yet. I'm still having a blast being single. Besides, as most of my good friends know....my dream guy is very busy...hehehe.

Sad eh? End of year already.....Many things had been done and many things
yet to do. Much of what I want to do had been done, and whatever not yet
achieved would be shoved to next year.

Spare a thought to those people that are living in a war, being repressed
and those people that are surviving with less than required by a rat.

Rejoice that we are living harmoniously in a multi-racial country, with
peace and prosperity in our horizon.

And I will ask you what is the meaning of life? Some people would answer
that they see life in the eyes of their children, yet others would see
life in the drops of rain or the green of new leaves. To live forever and
watch your loved ones die, or to live a few days and spent it with your
life's blood?

Life means differently to both you and me.

I know what life means to me. Hope you rejoice in being alive and
celebrate your life in your own special way.

Gambar si Manja. This is the leopard that was said to attack Haw Qian Tiong, aged 5. The attack occured on the same day that I went to Zoo Negara. The handler said, we arrived just after the attack itself. Anyway, the animal was restless and pacing in the cage.

From my observation, the cage do have bars around it, to deter people from going near it. However, some parents do push the children near the cage so that they can capture the pix of the child with Manja. Furthermore, the Zoo Negara people said that the animal was provoked with an umbrella by someone prior to the attack so that they can see how Manja growls and pounce.

Also, the child's wounds also look like she fall and cut herself. Knowing leopard, if they put a claw thru you, they will tear your flesh off. Unlike cheetah that have blunt claws due to the untractable ligaments on these claws, these leopards have sharper claws and are not shy to use it.


Might be the parents wants some money and device these scenario themselves? I do not know. Only themselves know what actually happened. But I do know something, animals attack when they are provoked. It is up to the parents to make sure that the children are safe around these animals. Hey, even cats bite you when you step on their tail. Want to sue the cat too?

  Jalan-jalan tengok binatang

My mum and Hanim arrived safe and sound. Since my kitchen a bit
insufficient in appliances area, so they have to bring along 2 big pots.
Kesian.

Anyway, Raya morning we all go to Masjid Negara for sembahyang raya.
Later, balek and makan! Yey!! Ayam masak merah is my all time favourite
for Raya.

Went to many places during the holiday. Among the places are the
Putrajaya, Aquaria and Zoo Negara. Sian Hanum, next time leh ikut us.

Putrajaya, spend quite a lot of time posing for pictures and oohing and
aahing at the beautiful architectures. Sesat on the way to Kajang. Thanx a
lot at our human gps. Btw, no need to stop and ask for directions, we
found the Hj Samuri by ourselves. Hehehe.

My first time to Aquaria...tho the entry ticket is quite steep. 2 person
already more than RM70. But worth it. A lot of fishes with my most
favorite fish, sharks as the star attraction. At the time, the Pameran
Endau-Rompin showcase quite a number of animals, fishes and insects
available in hutan Endau-Rompin. The spiders are HUGE!!

There are a lot of fishes and these are well kept. I soooo love the
Tunnel! Spend way too much time gazing enraptured by the sharks. So near,
yet so far. Thank God! With the size of the teeth, I would not jump into
the pool if offered RM100. However, if offered USD1000, I would!! Hehehe.

Also, the Zoo Negara visit is quite an experienced. We walked all around
the zoo...until my feet hurts. Managed to get some beautiful poses by the
animals and even play with the seal. We arrived at 11 am and only exit at
5.00++ pm. So, no wonder my feet hurts. The giraffes, deers and seal are
very friendly and raccoons are very cute.

Spend some time saying hello to Manja (the leopard) and Kathy (the tiger).
We managed to chat with M. Nasir, the handler of big cats in Zoo Negara.
Believe me when I say that Kathy actually answers when the handler calls
her name. Not with words lah, but she still answers it. Tho,
understandingly, she is a bit reluctand to swim across the water to us,
silap2 baru lepas grooming since she looks beautiful with nary a fur out
of place. But she did gave us some nice poses. I will post some of the pix
later. Soooo very exciting. One of the zoo experiences that I would
cherish all my life.

Still a lot more places to heret my mum, but time does not permit it.
Might be next time.

  Aidil Adha dan Banjir

Rina ingin ucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha kepada semua penganut
agama Islam.

Diharapkan pada hari perayaan ini kita akan sentiasa mengambil iktibar
atas pengorbanan Nabi Ibrahim yang sanggup mengorbankan anaknya sendiri,
mengikut perintah Allah.

Kepada mangsa banjir yang terkini, harap dpat bersabar. Bahawa ini adalah
salah satu dari dugaan Allah kepada hambaNya.

Kepada ahli sukarelawan semua, terima kasih kerana sanggup meluangkan masa
dan tenaga untuk membantu sesama manusia. Jasa anda semua, hanya dapat
dibalas oleh Yang Maha Berkuasa.

Kepada yang hanya membaca berita, ketahuilah bahawa realiti banjir ini
adalah agak teruk. Terdapat mangsa yang tidak mendapat bekalan makanan
selama 5 hari. Jika dapat, tolong-tolonglah mereka ini. Jika tidak dapat
menghulurkan bantuan masa dan tenaga, hulurkanlah derma. Jika tidak,
kirimlah doa kepada mangsa-mangsa ini, semoga mereka tabah menghadapi
dugaan.

Tapi, rasa Santa bypass my house this year. Tadak chimney dia nak squeeze
masuk. Umah flat la katakan.

Tgh dengar : nothing. Notebook aku asik berubah tempat.

Tgh dalam telinga : Apologize and I hate You. Dua2 tgh hit last Sunday,
selang setengah jam diorang main balek. No complaints tho, nice songs.

  Esok cuti, yey!

Weekend yang penuh ngan berjalan. Melecet lah jugak kaki, apa nak buat,
kaki tofu.

Tak baca newspaper, tak tgk tv, so aku tatau apa jadi masa weekend.

Heard that there is a demonstration, tapi tak sure betul ker idak. Yang
pasti, bila too many demo, orang dah tak endah dah....tul tak?

Esok perancangan aku, just to tido and kemas umah. Kena prep skets umah
tuh. Aku just bengang that the curtain railing tuh tak cukup roller. Aku
beli railing roller dari kedai dekat umah aku, dah too big. Tgk kat Jusco,
tadak roller cikai cam dalam bilik aku tuh. Semua too big or different
style. Sampai skang, bilik aku still half curtained ajer. Kang aku tukar
terus railing kang...hehehe. Saw some nice railings from Jusco and Ikea
last few weeks...tempted giler.

Have fun. To all that works area Selangor, selamat menyambut hari lahir
our beloved Sultan.

Ok, my first time sending blog writeup thru yahoo
(usually i use the other web mail), so kalau buruk,
sorry aaa. Via unix machine lagik. Hehehe.

Anyway, in training until tomorrow, so tak leh access
most of my common websites.

Akhirnya, berjaya on my mission last friday and
semalam dapat buang the jahitan. Thank you to all my
friends with your good wishes and sorry to those that
have to endure my grumpiness during my recovery
period. Dokter cakap another 2 weeks baru baik betul,
AAAAAAAAA.

So, since all is well, I treat my self to a movie.
Call my loved one nak tanya yang mana best, either
Beuwolf or Enchanted...tapi since dia tengah busy..so
aku choose Enchanted.

Memang best!! Dah la lepas buang stitches, aku bantai
gelak sampai kebas mulut. Kalau jahitan tuh kat pipi,
memang dah berderai gusi aku nyer. Typical Disney
movie, but put it in the middle of New York. Very cute
and sweet. Imagine a true princess menyanyi dan menari
di tengah bandaraya. U'll have pigeons, rats. mice and
even cockroaches dancing and singing! I'll recommend
it for those small princesses to see. Tapi for adults,
better bawak ur daughters, sisters or nieces sebagai
alasan. Altho, ramai gaks semalam yang couple.

Patrick Dempsey is hot. Aku mana berani nak tgk sgt
citer2 dokter nih. Except Scrubs and House. Aku rasa
this guy main dalam ER(?), tapi since aku tak penah
tgk the series, so tak penah perasan yang mamat nih
hot. So charming, and during the ballroom dancing...so
magical. Makes me wanna waltz! 1,2,3..1,2,3...1,2,3.

James Marsden, tak penah as goofy as Prince Edward. I
saw him sultry and moody in X-Men as Cyclops. This
surely adds to his resume and shows that his talents
are not limited to action shows.

Another winner from Walt Disney! I'll give 8 out from
10 stars.

Recovering, training...sambil nyanyi 'How do you
knoooowwwww....'
