Nearly end of the year already.

Accomplished quite a lot this year.

But one resolution still need to be done. Am I strong enough to go thru
it? Not sure that I'm mentally capable of this separation. We've been
together for countless years, is literally a part of myself. We've gone
thru so much together.....pahit, manis, masam dan masin kehidupan dirasai
bersama. Now will have to go on our separate way.

All my friends say that it is good for me. All the pain and torture that I
had endured all this while, is reason enough to keep us from being
together forever.

Now getting sad and scared already. People say that I will survive....But
the deepest part of my heart asked, will i really? Can I endure the
painful separation?

God, give me strength.

This friday, would be a very sad and painful day for me. But mostly
painful lah.

  Dr House

Last nite saw an episode of House on channel AXN. The story revolves
around a case of a guy that always got heart attack when he saw a lady
friend. The twist is, the lady is unobtainable because she is his
brother's fiancee. Unrequited love, and could be very fatal to him. So, he
agreed to electroshock, which is getting his brain electrocuted so that he
could not remember his lost love, or everyone in that matter.

Very sad, no? Go and see the episode for full story lah.

Anyway, for this fictional guy that is willing to lose his very identity
to remove the pain of lost love.....is very disturbing. How much pain can
a person endure, to see the love of his/her love is happy with someone
else?

Well, I got various responses from people over my stint as a human in this
planet. Some said that it is very painful and they wished that they had
died rather than enduring it. Some said that it is okay, the feeling that
their loved ones could find happiness is gratification enough, even though
the happiness is not with them.

What do YOU think? Can you live with the knowledge that your lost love is
happy with someone else, or would you rather removed their eyes, heart,
lungs, pancreas, small and large intestines without any anaesthesia ?

In my eyes : Rihanna and Ne Yo - I Hate You.
In my head : Utada Hikaru - Hear Me Cry. Haunting song.

  Last weekend.

Last Saturday, went out with my friend to the Pavillion. Yeah, the hyped
shopping complex in the heart of KL.

Saw a few interesting places. The Fish Spa for example. Located near the
Red Box, it is a relaxing kind of spa place thingie. Pay for RM38 for a
half hour session of feet soaking in a large tank of small fishes that
would nibble at your dead skins. There are 2 kinds of fish, small and a
bit large (as long as my little finger), that comes from 2 different
nations, African and I could-not-remember-another-place one. Very
interesting concept, tho for the ticklish kind of people like me, better
not try (for the sake of the fishes).

At last, I found a Thomas Sabo shop! They sold bracelets and necklaces of
semi precious stones and items made from sterling silver. However, they
are very famous for selling sterling silver charms with various concepts.

Also, found The Loaf. Yeah, the very famous bakery founded by our previous
Prime Minister. Sampled a bit, the bread are very tasty, very nicely made
and some of them are quite interesting flavoured. However, the breads are
quite pricey (especially for poor cikai girl like me). Tunggu lah, someday
in the future, would like to eat some of those bread...

Berjalan sampai tak ingat dunia that Saturday. Went to 3 different
shopping complexes and 1 art place. Meet some very interesting people. So,
on Sunday, too tired until forgot the PalmX Raya gathering. Hahaha. Sorry
aaa, teringat pun dah around 10.30 am. Semua sure dah nak balek.

Shish, forgot to bring back my earphone, today would be a very quiet
day...

Love : Fergie's Clumsy. Remind me masa muda-muda dulu. Tapi, rasa pun,
skang still clumsy lagik.

You see a doll on a music box

BASEMENT JAXX - "Good Luck" (feat. Lisa Kekaula)

Tell me tell me is life just a playground
Think you're the real deal honey
And someone'll always look after you

But wake up baby
You're so totally deluded
You'll end up old and lonely
If you don't get a bullet in your head

Good luck good luck
Good luck in your new bed
Enjoy your nightmares honey
When your're resting your head

You sold me sold me
Sold me down the river now
Hope you're feeling happy now
Now you'll always have a sneer in your smile

But wake up baby
You're so totally deluded
You'll end up old and lonely
If you don't get a bullet in your head

Good luck good luck
Good luck in your new bed
Enjoy your nightmares honey
When you're resting your head

And I'm glad so glad that I'm done with you
No more crying crying leaving me so black and blue
You backed me up against the wall but I stand tall
Don't give a damn no more

Oh baby bye bye
No more lies
No more lies
No more lies
Without you

Good good luck
In your new bed
Enjoy your nightmares when your resting your head
Good good luck
In your new bed
Enjoy your nightmares

Good luck good luck
Good luck in your new bed
Enjoy your nightmares honey
When you're resting your head

  Brooms and Toilets

Last few days, a lot of hulla baloo about Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo
and brooms. Really agreed with Terence Fernandez (he published an article
on the section Speak Up!, in The Sun dated today), that the broom should
be given much more frequently to many departments.

Why feel ashamed? Since these guys are not doing their jobs, they should
be humiliated. This is an example of a good psychology practice. These
guys should be ashamed since they are NOT doing their job in serving the
people and the country.

Also, this would also provide other departmental heads with good
iniciative, if they don't want to be publicly himiliated, do your job!!

Many examples of departments/authorities that are corrupted. The
corruption word here does not only adheres to embezzzling money. I would
like to include using the tax payers money for unnecessary "learning
travel" to other countries, departments that are not doing their job, do
not hear people's complaints even tho it is their department's sole
function. Corrupted in every way lah. Give them brooms, penyapu lidi,
toilet brush, clorox and whatever cleaning utensils necessary to clean
these acts.

Malu?? Oooo...makan gaji buta + honest tax payers' money tak malu pulak?

Cakap pasal toilet brush, I remember one thing. Why oh why our toilets are
sooooo dirty? Is it public's hygiene practice the main reason only? Then,
the public chould be teached to flush the toilets after using it. What
about the maintenance? Not inclusive ka?

There are major shopping complexes that have major issues in building
their toilet facilities. Some of the major issues that are so frustrating
are :

1) There is no pipe for cleanup - As a Muslim, we need to wash our
privates afterwards. As in most of the toilets in KL Sentral and
Midvalley, most of the bidets are just plain pipe with no head. When you
start the bidet, the water just flow downwards. You must use your hand to
scoop the water to wash your privates. Disgusting? It is to me. I prefer
the toilets with pipe at the side, much more hygienic and can use it to
angle at your particular....well...angle.

2) Water pressure - Go to Midvalley toilets in the upper floors. In some
of the toilets (usually the stalls located at the far end, the cangkung
toilet), the water pressure is not even enough to flush out the tissue
paper. Much less your solids. Come on lah. Think people never got diarrhea
after eating spicy foods? Disgusting lah. Can you blame the poor guy/gal?
Dah flush a few times, also tak abis buang.

3) Cleaning schedule - It is some improvement when you see the list at
behind of the main toilet doorway that the cleaner is cleaning every 1 or
2 hours. But still, the floor is full of black marks from shoes.
Interesting isn't it? Don't blame them, why not put mats outside of the
main entryway for the toilet for people to clean their shoes before
entering the toilets? Never think of it??

The toilets that I really love are the ones in Midvalley, the Garden wing.
Tak pernah masuk? You should. Nicely cleaned and with extensioned pipes
for clean up!! No bidets!! Also, the toilet bowl have a long neck, so that
you can never see the solids..good architecture, I'll say.

So, I would like to implore...please lah. Bidets are not for woman's use.
Kill the guy (I'm sure that it is a guy that created it since the
architecture are not even functional to clean the ladies delicate petals).
Put in pipes...susah sangat ka? Also, clean toilets shows the mentality of
our people...or something like it. Whatever.

Got some interesting talk with my friend sometime last weekend. Sembang-sembang sesama IT.

His view is that Blogging is bad since it shows a lot of personal information. People tend to ramble in blogging, just like what they write in diaries or journals. Such as political views, habits and other particulars.

I totally agreed with the big guy in this area. Some of the blogs are totally personal and should not even be viewed by friends, much less by strangers all over the world. But, if those are people's preferences, then I have no complaint. But sometimes, I like to shout, "Too much data, too much data!! Ne no ne no...Blowing up!!"

I prefer those blogspots with information inside. Articles references, reviews of places that they had visited or dined, common experiences...those things that would grow you up. One of the blog that I really like are the Dilbert blog. Very well thought out and thought provoking. (How many thought that I had written until now? )

I tried to follow some of his examples, but being in a zone with the cold temperature like the Arctic, somehow freezes my brain a bit. My other explanation, is that I'm just too lazy to think. Hmm...very thought provoking...

So, my shortcut is that, if I found in my meanderings some interesting articles that I want to cut and paste in my 'journal'...then I would include that in my blog. Simple enuf and saves the glue too....thus, also saving the life of some old horse....

One of the example is :

Doing away with one-sen coin payment (Where am I going to bring my sackful of 1 cent??)
http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.aspfile=/2007/11/14/nation/19460993&sec=nation&focus=1

I like to give some clever comments too...just to show people how clever I am. Or is it, am I? Confused already. Need to sleep. But have to wait...another 3 hrs to go....

Tonite need to walk quite some distance in a not so reputable roads. Wish me luck. If I do not write anything in the next few days, consider me gone.

Not so cheers..

I would like to correct some assumptions taken against my post dated 24
October 2007 - titled Dreamy Guy or as some called, Dear Diary.

The guy mentioned in the blog is NOT even Malaysian!! I got some feedback
that is quite hilarious. Of course my sisters are aware of the guy
mentioned in the blog, some of my close friends had guessed correctly,
some of my friends guessed wrongly...but not as wrong as the guy that had
been brought to my attention last night. Hehehe, I had a good time
laughing tho.

Ok, I would tell you all a story. It is a bit long-winded, but I need to
tell you the exact story so that no one would start accusing each other
again.

Ok, as some of the Bollywood fans know, the nite before, Oct 23 2007 at 10
pm to be exact...TV3 shows Dhoom2. The story that i'm going to narrate
starts about 1 week before that.

The ads for Dhoom2 had been shown waaaayyy before Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
Since the nite before Raya, i was doing some preparation for the lauk and
stuffs, so I missed the portion of the ads that shows the date of the
movie. What I can see is only that the movie would be shown Tuesday, I was
mistaken in assuming that the movie would be shown on 16 October 2007.

So, on 16 October, I was conquering the TV (literally) waiting for
Dhoom2..which is not around. My mum and sisters were perplexed since I
told them the movie would be aired around 10 pm, and no Hindi movie in all
the channels at all that nite.

Then, on that weekend, Anum sms me and told me that the movie is actually
scheduled on 23 Oct 07. So, on the said date, I make sure that I reached
home, bathed, fed and watered by 9 pm. At 10 pm, the movie started and I
was so mesmerized. However, as usual, Hindi movies are longer than 3
hours. By 12 am, the movie stops for the midnite news. AARRGGHH!!

As it is weekdays and I usually sleeps at 10 pm, it is already a torture
for me to wait until midnite. So, I have to close the tv and sleeps. Until
now, I regret that decision.

Anyway, THAT is the basis for my rambling the next day.

1) I had not seen his movie for more than half year.
2) He is getting fitter and slimmer. (In my eyes anyway)
3) Yes, I have been waiting for that movie for about a week.
4) Roshan do have only 6 characters. (My association with English guys
told me that after married, you take the guy's family name. Mrs. XXXXXX,
Mrs Roshan...Gedit??Shish, mana la minah nih belajar socialising?)
5) It is a Dear Diary rambling, you won't put your crush names inside.
Your friend or mum would surely get hold of it sometime, and you would not
want to be feeling foolish coz you stupidly put in the name of the guy you
are lusting after?!?
6) Hrithik can dance. Enuf said.

As I said, I was crazy at that morning. Crazy over Hrithik Roshan.

Would like to apologize to my friend that had been accused of dating me
the night before. I would some day talks about needy, clingy ladies. But
not yet. Maybe later.

But, as my sister agreed with me, to picture the said friend dancing
the 'sotong dance', is very much hilarious.

P/S1: Don't understand my admiration to Hrithik Roshan? Go out and buy
Dhoom2 dvd. Understand my crush, you will.

P/S2 :By the way, the scene with Ash in the basketball court, with the
rain pouring down...is simply delicious....

Nak tengok laaagiiii.....

The song in my head : Baby Love by Nicole Scherzinger. Like stuck gramophone, my brain is stuck on 'Lalalala'...Nicole is simply delicious, tho a bit on the too thin side for my taste. Tapi, in the song, she sounds a bit nasally. Might be my ears thoo...so...who cares....Lalalala.

excerpt from the song :

"you make me, so crazy, its crazy, ohh baby
i don't ever wanna be with no one else
you're the only one that ever made me melt
you're special, boy it's your, your style
we so in Love (lalalalaaa)
yeeeah we so in love Lalalalalalaa
and i just can't get enough
of your lalala Love
yeah thats all i'm thinking of
LOVE, i want you to know. . ."

New theories for the dinosaurs extinction.

Gas may be to blame for dinosaurs extinction
http://www.nature.com/news/2007/071031/full/news.2007.205.html

More Than a Meteor Likely Killed Dinosaurs 65 Million Years Ago
http://www.physorg.com/news80320081.html

I think what really happened was that the dinosaurs waged wars against each other. My hipothesis is that a Lapentosaurus Georgiana Bushiano which condemns other nations and other religions (apart from whatever he is having at the time) as terrorists and atomized them to death.

That leaves him, all alone...the only dinosaur that was confirmed by him that did not consort or having any known or unknown relationship with terrorists. Since he cannot procreate with himself (Thank God!!!), the dinosaurs are now extinct.

But, then...that is my hipothesis.

Want to bet that we, humans of oh so very advanced civilization would have only a couple of thousand years left to exist? That is the best case scenario that I can think of lah. The reason? Oh, not much....only a few thousands that I can think of!!

The top three are :

1) The depletion of resources. As an ad shows, we are living in an island (Earth) with a very limited resources. These resources would not be enough to cater to us, humans which currently are enjoying an explosion of growth (as mathematians like to say, exponential growth) of the number of humans. Do you really think that the earth can cater to feed, clothe and support our living lifestyles? Culling humans, anyone?

2) War. What to comment, except in an experiment...when too many mice are put in a crowded place, most of the mice turns agressive and attack each other. That is mice, humans are more ingenious. We have nuclear warheads. Yey humans!!

3) Earth vs humans. Katrina, tsunamis, forest fires in California...think the Earth likes being bored into by maggots (humans) searching for oil or minerals? And...Earth can live without us, we in the other hand, cannot live without Earth.

So, enjoy life while we can. We do not know the next time, another Chicxulub-ly meteorite wants to get friendly and drop by for a visit. Or even when another dinosaur like Lapentosaurus Georgiana Bushiano wants to waged terrorist war against....eh, do we already encounter this??..

Stuck in my head with Loop by Sakamoto Maaya:

1) You are My Love by Makino Yui (soooooo sweeeeettttttt).
2) Apologize by Timbaland presenting Onerepulic (soooo....whiny??but nice kind of whine).

"It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
It's too late to apologize, yeah
I said it's too late to apologize, yeah"

The race of man shall perish, but the eyes
Of trilobytes eternal in stone,
And seem to stare about in mild surprise
At changes greater than they have yet known.
- T.A. Conrad

And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.
- William Blake,
excerp from Auguries of Innocence.
