It had been a long time since I wrote sumthin' for this blogsite.
Why? Is it too much Work? Or just plain Laziness?
Even I could not answer that question.
Anyway, at last...I had seen the movie Pontianak Harum Sundal Malam. Err...actually, a part of it. I am a coward. Really! I could see a movie (ghost related) and then during the night, could not turn off the light for fear of seeing the ghost coming towards me.
The synopsis ( what I understand from the snatches that I saw of the movie ):
The story revolves around Maria, a lady that wants to become a makyong dancer ( a kind of tradisional dance). Unknown to her, her mother was killed and had became a pontianak (vampire). For revenge, the mother possessed Maria (so she becomes a pontianak too) and terrorizes the people that had killed her. In the film, the scenes changes between the Mariam (the mother) and Maria..telling the story of how Mariam was killed and why she wants revenge.
The song Pulangkan, soundtrack of the movie is very hounting and sad to hear. Below are the lyrics :
PuLaNGkaN - MISHA OMAR
Seharum bunga yang menggoda
Sekadar dipandang usah dipuja
Kau pasti tak percaya
Kasih ku bukan,
Untuk mu, sayang
Tiada ku sangka kau sungguh kejam
Kau rampas segalanya yang kau dendam
Namun takkan bahgia kehidupan mu
Bila bunyi bersatu
Kau milik ku
Misha : Pulangkan cinta hati ku
Ezad : Oh hentikan lah menghantui ku
Misha : Pulangkan oh pulangkan lah pada ku
Ezad: Ku pulangkan kesan hidup mu
Misha: Yang dikau musnah tanpa relaku
Ezad : Bebaskanlah maafkan daku, oh kasih
Tiada kemaafan di sini
Kau ragut degupan hati ku ini
Akan ku jejakimu, kemana jua
Hingga akhir masa, sayang.....
Am searching for a sound card. Nak dengar lagu tuh!
